Booking & Payment
1. Can I pay in advance? No. Payment is made upon arrival at the helipad reception during check-in.
2. Can I cancel my reservation without a fee? Yes. You can cancel your reservation at any time with no penalty or charge.
3. What is the difference between Private and Shared Flights? "Private Flights are booked for a specific time slot and include only you, your party, and the pilot. This is ideal for couples, friends, and families who want exclusivity and control over their schedule. Shared Flights have a slightly lower cost. However, you cannot choose your time or seating, and you may have to wait for an hour or more until the helicopter is filled to capacity."
4. How far in advance should we arrive for check-in? We recommend arriving approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time for check-in and briefing.
5. Do you accommodate large groups? "Yes, absolutely! We have multiple helicopters of each model. Our current record is a group of 46 people."
Flight Details & Duration
6. What are the available flight durations? We offer three options: 30, 45, and 60-minute scenic flights.
7. What helicopter models are used for the scenic tours? Our fleet includes: * Robinson R44 Raven II (up to 3 passengers) * Bell 206 Jet Ranger (up to 4 passengers) * Airbus AS350 B2 Squirrel (up to 5 passengers)
8. How much does a scenic flight cost per person? Prices start at R$800 per person for the 30-minute flight.
Passenger Requirements & Safety
9. Are children allowed to fly? Yes, families frequently bring children, including infants. Children over two years old must occupy their own seat and use a seatbelt. For this reason, they are charged the same rate as an adult.
10. Is there a weight limit per person? Yes. An individual passenger cannot exceed 120 kg (265 lbs). There is also a maximum combined weight limit for all passengers plus the pilot.
11. Can wheelchair users and people with special needs fly? Yes, they can. Our ground support team is trained to provide excellent assistance and ensure a smooth experience.
12. What happens in case of bad weather? If there is inclement weather on the day of your flight, we will proactively cancel the flight before you leave your hotel for our heliport, and we will notify you immediately.
13. Are your pilots experienced? Absolutely. Our pilots have logged over 1,000 flight hours and are re-certified (checked) by the aeronautical authority every 6 months.
14. Is the company officially certified? Yes. We are fully licensed and certified by ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency).
